Today's post has nothing to do with planners, planning, exercise, etc.. It does, however, have to do with mental health.
In the past, I have suffered from terrible anxiety and depression. Multiple things have made me this way, but over the past few months I have gotten rid of things that would trigger me to have any type of anxiety or depression episode. Recently, I have been bombarded with some of these triggers reappearing in my life. As unfortunate as it is, I have learned to just ignore these things. My life will continue to be so much more easier by ignoring the triggers rather than letting them get to me.
It wasn't easy getting rid of these things, but it was very necessary. I was in a very dark time in my life, and I can now say that I'm doing much better. While this may sound very vague, I hope that it can help anybody suffering from anxiety or depression. Let it (people, places, things, whatever it may be) go, and you'll feel 100% better. I promise.
